Margaret, this is not a fire bird this is a Mockingjay from The Hunger Games. The Mockingjay is a hybridized animal in the Hunger games that can replacat whole human conversations ( used to, when they were used for spying) But now they can only sing notes of songs.

Sam, I had such fun! The wings were just a long piece of tulle (net) push through a Christmassy candle ring to gather them up in the middle.
